Izuhi Yoshihara

Mr. Yoshihara is the third-generation owner of "Tonkatsu Tonki Meguro Main Store," founded in 1939, and is the founder's grandson. After graduating from university he worked for a company that inspects firefighting equipment, and after joining the family business at age 29 he served an apprenticeship and worked his way up. He now plays the leading role in the kitchen, responsible for cutting the katsu. Now in his 15th year, together with long-serving skilled staff, he aims for further growth while preserving the restaurant's traditions.
